
Associate (Qualitative Research, People & Culture Lead)
Lilac Odhiambo brings over 10 years of experience in research, evaluation, and social and behavior change programming. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Development from Egerton University and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resources. Skilled in qualitative methods, she is proficient in NVivo, Atlas.ti, and Dedoose, and has extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and facilitating participatory processes. Her expertise combines technical research with people and culture, strengthening both fieldwork and organizational development.
She has worked with international and local organizations, including Population Council, UNICEF, International Center for Reproductive Health (ICRH), Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
At Karl Jays, Lilac has served as a study coordinator and qualitative lead on multi-country projects, ensuring high-quality data collection, transcription, analysis, and reporting. She plays a dual role of advancing qualitative research while supporting people and culture initiatives within the firm.
